Trade Show
January 11th
All trade show vendors that require use of the large overhead doors will need to have equipment ready to enter the building from 3pm to 4pm on Wednesday, January 11th.
January 12th
Doors will open at 8am for vendors to begin setting up booths and continue to 11 am. The Trade Show will be opening to the public at 12 noon. The trade show will continue till 6pm that night at which time the banquet will begin. From 5 pm to 6pm there will be a social located in the Trade Show Area. All trade show vendors will receive one banquet ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased by calling 433-1206.
January 13th
The Friday postion of the Trade Show will open to the public at 9am. There will be a breakfast hosted by the Chamber that morning that everyone is invited to. The trade show will continue till 3pm that afternoon.
This year’s trade show will be designed to keep the vendors in mind. This year will have 51 individual booth spots, with vendors having a choice of how many spots you would like. Booth spots are 10’ Wide X 8' to 12’ Deep and cost $175 per booth for the first, $150 each for two to three booths. If you would like 4 booths, then they are $125 each.
Booths area used during Ag Days:
1-14; 20-31; 37-48; 58-65
Actual booths will be adjusted to best use the area.
Booth Vendor Package
Each vendor will receive a complimentary ticket to Trent Loos, booth area, internet and electricity.
